Experimental Analysis of Piezoelectric Energy Harvester based on Flexible Sleeve Cantilever Beam
In order to improve the service life of the piezoelectric energy collector and ensure the stable operation of the internal power generation components,a blunt body with shield cross-section of the flexible sleeve cantilever beam piezoelectric energy collector is proposed. The influence of external load, wind speed and blunt body mass on the output power of the energy collector is analyzed. The results show that the output power of the energy collector increases first and then decreases with the increase of load resistance, and the optimal load makes the output power of the energy collector reach the maximum. At the same time, the output power will increase with the increase of the flow rate, which accords with the phenomenon of galloping. In the range of mass considered in the experiment, the maximum output power decreases with the increase of mass.In the experiment, the maximum output power of the energy collector is 5.22 mW when the blunt body mass is 70 g,the optimal load is 105 Ω,and the flow rate is 8.0 m/s.
