四角切圆锅炉不同燃烧器布置角度结渣特性数值模拟研究

为研究燃烧器布置角度对大规模掺烧低灰熔点烟煤锅炉的燃烧特性和结渣倾向,采用CFD方法对一 300 MW四角切圆燃煤锅炉进行研究.结果表明,当燃烧器布置角度为38°时,温度分布均匀,火焰充满度高,燃烧稳定,但炉膛壁面易出现结渣;当燃烧器布置角度为42°时,高温火焰集中在炉膛中心,壁面温度降低,结渣倾向较小,但煤粉难以充分燃烧.综合考虑,当燃烧器布置角度为40°时,具有良好的燃烧效果,且结渣风险较低,可实现锅炉稳定运行.
Numerical Simulation of Slagging Characteristics of Tangential Boiler with Different Burner Arrangement Angles
In order to study the combustion characteristics and slagging tendency of a large scale mixed bi-tuminous coal boiler with low ash melting point,a 300 MW quadrangular tangential coal boiler was stud-ied by CFD method.The results show that when the Angle of the burner is 38°,the temperature distribu-tion is uniform,the flame filling degree is high,and the combustion is stable,but slag formation is easy on the furnace wall.When the Angle of the burner is 42°,the high temperature flame is concentrated in the center of the furnace,the wall temperature is reduced,the slagging tendency is small,but the pulver-ized coal is difficult to burn fully.Overall consideration,when the Angle of the burner is 40°,the combus-tion effect is good,and the risk of slagging is low,and the stable operation of the boiler can be realized.
