Numerical Analysis of Influence of Inlet Parameters on Non-equilibrium Condensation Flow of Wet Steam in Nozzle
In this paper, based on the concept of Euler-Euler two-fluid,the classical model of homo-geneous nucleation and droplet growth is modified, and the droplet surface tension is modified. The influ-ence of inlet parameters on the non-equilibrium condensation of water steam is analyzed. The modified model is compared with the wet steam model. The results show that the non-equilibrium condensation can be effectively inhibited by increasing the inlet superheat under the same working conditions. The modified model established in this paper can more accurately predict the location of Wilson point and the corresponding degree of supercooling, reduce the error to less than 3%.
