Study on the Reaction Characteristics of High Temperature Melting Combusti on of High Fluorine,High Chlorine,and Salt Containing Hazardous Waste
This article first analyzes the components and calorific value of different forms of high fluorine and high chlorine salt containing hazardous waste using ICP-OES/MS inductively coupled plasma emis-sion spectrometry/mass spectrometry and calorific value analyzer.Then,in the MY melting furnace,un-der oxygen deficient conditions,the article studies the effects of different additives on the high-tempera-ture melting combustion reaction characteristics of high fluorine,high chlorine,and salt containing haz-ardous waste in different forms.The results show that NaF has a good melting effect on the combustion residue of high fluorine,high chlorine,and salt containing hazardous waste,and its melting effect on sol-id hazardous waste is better than that of semi solid and slurry;CaO has a certain lubricating effect on high-temperature residue,increasing its fluidity,and increasing its fixation effect on F/Cl elements by about 32%compared to the original sample.However,the melting flow temperature is high and the addi-tion amount is difficult to control;The synergistic effect of NaF and CaO mixed samples containing silicon fibers and fly ash co solvents on the high-temperature melting combustion of high fluorine,high chlo-rine,and salt hazardous waste in different forms is better than that of adding a single co solvent.Among them,the synergistic effect of adding fly ash and silicon fiber co solvents on the high-temperature melt-ing combustion of different hazardous waste is better than that of NaF and CaO mixed co solvents,The main reason is that the sodium salt in the mixed solvent of fly ash and silicon containing fibers forms a low melting point molten salt complex with silica and calcium oxide and ferrous oxide in the material.
