Analysis and Solution of Insufficient Output of Feed Water Pump Small Steam Turbine of 660 MW Units
There is a problem of insufficient load capacity under high load conditions of a 660 MW unit, which seriously affects the AGC performance of the unit.Based on the analysis of on-site operating con-ditions and influencing factors,it is found that the throttling effect of the small turbine flowmeter of the feedwater pump will directly affect the flow field characteristics in the steam pipeline, resulting in low in-let pressure and insufficient output of the feedwater pump turbine, which leads to this problem. The solu-tion to the problem of replacing the existing flowmeter with A+K balanced flowmeter is given. The exper-imental results show that compared with the edge throttling method of the existing flowmeter, the balanced throttling method of the A+K balanced flowmeter can optimize the flow field in the steam pipeline and ef-fectively reduce the pressure drop caused by the measurement of the steam pipeline. It can not only im-prove the loading capacity of the unit under high load conditions, but also has good economy. This has important engineering reference value for improving the output performance of feed water pump turbine of high power peak and frequency modulation unit.
