Design and Economic Analysis of Reheating Mode of Ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW Reheating Units
The regenerative system of ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit has a great influence on its oper-ation economy, among which the dual-engine regenerative system is a more potential energy-saving re-generative system design scheme. However, the existing research is mainly focused on the secondary re-heat unit.In this paper,a 2×1 000 MW ultra-supercritical primary reheating unit is taken as the re-search object.According to the geographical environment and the load characteristics of the power grid, two kinds of reheating system design schemes of 10-stage reheating system and dual-machine combined reheating system are presented respectively, and their economy is comprehensively compared and ana-lyzed.The results show that, compared with the 10-stage reheating scheme, although the investment in a single unit is increased by about 150 000 yuan, its energy consumption is smaller, the annual equiva-lent power generation cost is saved by 16.62 million yuan, and the comprehensive economy is better. At the same time, through the comprehensive optimization of small steam turbine, the dual turbine combined regenerator system also has the characteristics of strong operation safety, good peak regulation effect, and so on,and has great engineering application value and significance.
