Research on Pulsation Performances of a Low-noise Screw Oil Pump
Pulsation performances are inherent of low-noise screw oil pumps.Since the violent pulsation is likely to affect the working stability of the pump,it is of significant importance to study its pulsation performances.In this study,the pulsation performances of a low-noise screw oil pump as affected by ro-tor clearance,exhaust valve opening degree,and inlet gas content were detailed.The results show that the pulsation increases initially and then declines when the rotor clearance is increased,it increases mo-notonously when the exhaust valve opening degree is increased,and it increases to a stable value when the inlet gas content is increased.The results obtained from this study can provide reference for the de-sign and use of screw oil pumps.
