本文以某330 MW亚临界凝汽式机组为例,在分析机组不同运行负荷供汽能力的基础上,研究热再抽汽熔盐储热和电加热熔盐储热两种方式参与机组调峰顶峰运行时最大供汽量与调峰时长的关系;分析两种熔盐储热技术的差别和各自适用特点;对熔盐储热技术在热电联产机组调峰运行中的广泛应用,提高机组灵活性有较为重要的意义.
Application of Molten Salt Heat Storage Technology in Peak Shaving of Thermal Power Units
Taking a 330 MW subcritical condensing unit as an example,based on the analysis of steam supply capacity under different operating loads,this paper studies the relationship between the maximum steam supply and the peak load regulation time when the hot reheat extraction molten salt heat storage and the electric-heating molten salt heat storage participate in the peak-shaving operation of the unit;And analyzes the differences and respective applicable characteristics of the two kinds of molten salt heat stor-age technologies;The application of molten salt heat storage technology in peak-shaving operation of co-generation units and the improvement of unit flexibility are of great significance.
