当前我国对大气污染综合治理的力度越来越大,重点聚焦于实现氮氧化物的超低排放.但是在锅炉检验检测过程中发现氮氧化物的超低排放与锅炉热效率的提高存在不一致,甚至是矛盾的情况.因此在天然气用量逐年上涨这一现实的背景下,为减轻使用单位生产成本,本文提出了构建一个锅炉节能减排新评价体系,将节能与减排综合考虑,通过不同工况的测试以及对实验数据的分析,从而找到锅炉运行的最佳工况,为使用单位真正实现节能环保提供技术参考.
New Evaluation of Boiler Energy Saving and Emission Reduction
At present,China's comprehensive control of air pollution is becoming more and more vigorous,focusing on the realization of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides.However,in the process of boiler in-spection and testing,it is found that the ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides is inconsistent with the improvement of boiler thermal efficiency,and even contradictory.Therefore,in the context of the reality that the consumption of natural gas is increasing year by year,in order to reduce the unit production cost,this paper proposes to build a new evaluation system for boiler energy conservation and emission reduc-tion,comprehensively consider energy conservation and emission reduction,and find the best operating conditions of boilers through the testing of different working conditions and the analysis of experimental data,so as to provide technical reference for the users to truly realize energy conservation and environ-mental protection.
