Optimization of Employment Guidance Strategies for Physical Education Majors in Colleges and Universities:Realistic Needs,Goal Orientation and Implementation Path
As a niche major in the talent cultivation system of universities,the physical education major has a weak core competitiveness in student employment and enormous employment pressure.In order to alleviate the employment pressure of students majoring in physical education,reform and optimize the training mode of physical education talents in universities,comprehensively transform the employment concept of students majoring in physical education,and enhance their employment ability,the optimization of employment guidance strategies for physical education majors should be systematically optimized by anchoring the transformation of social background,the direction of national policies,and the direction of the development of the sports industry.In the specific implementation of optimization,a multi-level employment guidance target system should be developed in terms of target construction;in terms of team building,efforts should be made in both vertical and horizontal dimensions,uniting the forces of families and society to build a work pattern where all employees participate in employment guidance;in terms of curriculum construction,it is necessary to create a"practical"classroom environment,scientifically compile school-based textbooks,and teach students according to their majors and students'characteristics.
