摘要
阳谷县七级镇历史悠久,文化资源丰富,具备开展运河文化旅游的良好条件.近年来,七级镇围绕运河文化遗产保护利用做了大量工作,取得了显著成绩,但仍存在部分遗产要素保护现状堪忧、开发利用有待加强、运河文化宣传展示力度不够、民众参与度不高等问题和不足.针对这一情况,相关部门应坚持保护与开发并重、小规模渐进、公众参与等原则,采取打造全域运河小镇、开发特色旅游商品、改善滨河生态环境、健全公共服务设施、鼓励小镇居民参与、修复古镇风貌格局等措施,努力实现古镇遗产保护与旅游开发的有机结合,真正将七级镇打造成为具有鲜明特色的运河文化古镇.
Abstract
The ancient town of Qiji has a long history and rich cultural resources,providing good conditions for developing canal cultural tourism.In recent years,the town of Qiji has done a lot of work on the protection and utilization of the cultural heritage of the canal,and has achieved significant results.However,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the protection status of some heritage elements,the need to strengthen development and utilization,the insufficient publicity and display of the canal culture,and low public participation.In response to this situation,relevant departments should adhere to the principles of equal emphasis on protection and development,small-scale gradual progress,and public participation,and take measures to create a comprehensive canal town,develop characteristic tourism products,improve the riverside ecological environment,improve public service facilities,encourage the participation of small town residents,and restore the style and pattern of ancient towns,striving to achieve an organic combination of ancient town heritage protection and tourism development,To truly build the town of Qiji into an ancient town with distinctive canal culture.
