摘要
"群居和一"思想是荀子具有原创性、极具特色、影响深远的思想,具有深刻而丰富的思想内涵,主要包括"人能群""君善群""上下俱富""隆礼重法"的思想.荀子"群居和一"思想富有时代价值,对于提高基层凝聚力、组织力、致富力、治理力具有重要的借鉴意义,经过创造性转化和创新性发展,可以有效赋能基层社会治理,推进基层社会治理现代化.
Abstract
"Harmony of community"is Xunzi's original,distinctive,and far-reaching idea,with profound and rich ideological connotations,mainly including the ideas of"people being able to group","ruler being good at uniting","both the upper and lower levels being rich",and"respecting etiquette and law".Xunzi's idea of"harmony of community"is of great contemporary value and has important reference significance for improving grassroots cohesion,organizational strength,wealth creation,and governance.Through creative transformation and innovative development,it can effectively empower grassroots social governance and promote modernization of grassroots social governance.
