Autophagy and drug resistance in non-small cell lung cancer
Drug resistance is a huge challenge in the clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, which is close-ly related to tumor recurrence and metastasis.Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved metabolic process in eukaryotes. It maintains cell homeostasis by regulating organelles and protein degradation.Autophagy is tightly correlated with the de-velopment process and drug resistance of non-small cell lung cancer, and targeting autophagy-related genes of non-small cell lung cancer can affect drug sensitivity and alter the therapeutic effect of non-small cell lung culture.
