Construction of a home-based medical and elderly care integrated service system in Rizhao city
As our country enters the aging society late,medical care and health care lacks the perfect system and the perfect legal support.In this context,there are a series of problems,including but not limited to the shortage of elderly social workers,low sense of identity,insufficient comprehensive service capacity and imperfect welfare system.There are also many problems in home health care in Rizhao City,such as imperfect legal system,imbalance of supply and demand,lack of service content and resources,lack of professional talents and funds,and deviation of old-age care cognition.In response to these problems,the corresponding solutions are put forward:improve the relevant legal system,establish a social supervision system,increase capital investment,train professionals,expand the coverage of medical care,strengthen humanistic care for the elderly.In short,it is imperative to build an elderly care service system that combines home medical care with health care.The system should be oriented to the needs of the elderly,and strive to improve their active health awareness,comprehensively develop the long-term care insurance system,and ultimately a-chieve the goal of contributing their own value to the service of society.
