Research progress of antidepressant pharmacokinetics and clinical adverse effects of ketamine
The current clinical antidepressants have the disadvantages of slow onset and low remission rate.Ketamine had showed excellent rapid antidepressant effect through multiple complementary antidepressant mechanisms and unique pharmacokinetic characteristics,and was well tolerated by patients.This paper reviews the pharmacokinetics and side effects of ketamine antidepressant effect.
