护生护患沟通能力与职业认同感的相关性

目的 了解护理本科生的护患沟通能力与职业认同感现状,探讨两者之间的相关性.方法 2022年 6 月至 2022 年 7 月,采取目的抽样的方法,选择福建省五所公办本科院校的护理学专业三年级学生作为调查对象,采用护士职业认同评定量表、护患语言与社会交往问卷进行调查.结果 509 名护理本科生护患语言与社会交往问卷得分为 116.00(105,124)分,职业认同得分为 116.00(103,123)分.护患沟通能力各维度及总分与职业认同感呈正相关(P<0.001).多元线性回归分析结果显示,职业社会支持、职业社交技能是护患沟通能力的影响因素.结论 护生职业认同感处于中等水平,护患沟通能力较好.职业认同感越高其护患沟通能力越高.建议护理教育者采取针对性的干预措施,增加护生的职业认同感,提高其护患沟通能力.
Research on the correlation between nursing students'communication ability and professional identity
Objective To understand the current situation of nursing and patient communication skills and profes-sional identity of nursing undergraduates,and to explore the correlation between the two.Methods From June 2022 to July 2022,the third-year nursing students from five public undergraduate colleges in Fujian Province were selected as the survey objects,and the nurses' professional identity rating scale and the nurse-patient language and social communication questionnaire were used to conduct the survey.Results A total of 509 undergraduate nursing students scored 116.00(105,124)points on the Language and Social Communication Questionnaire and 116.00(103,123)points for occupa-tional identity.There was a significant positive correlation between the dimensions and the total score of nurse-patient communication ability and professional identity(P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupational social support and occupational social skills were the influencing factors of nurse-patient communication ability.Conclusion Nursing students' sense of professional identity is at a medium level,and their communication skills are good.The higher the sense of professional identity,the higher the communication ability between nurses and patients.It is suggested that nursing educators should take targeted interventions to increase nursing students' sense of professional identity and improve their nurse-patient communication skills.
