摘要
目的 通过对我国中医药健康旅游方面的研究进行回顾性分析,全面、系统地把握该领域的研究热点与发展趋势,为今后该领域的研究与实践提供依据.方法 通过检索中国知网、万方数据平台、维普服务平台、中国生物医学数据库中 2014 年 1 月—2024 年 5 月发表的有关中医药健康旅游相关文献,并使用 6.3.R1 版本CiteSpace软件对发文作者、发文机构、关键词等信息进行作者合作图谱、关键词聚类图谱及关键词突现图谱的绘制与分析.结果 剔除不相关文献后最终纳入 509 篇文献,发文量整体呈上升趋势,在 2019 年呈现高峰,发文作者和机构间合作紧密程度较低,关键词聚类的主要聚类标签有健康旅游、中医养生、旅游产业、融合发展、乡村振兴、养生、产业、健康产业、策略、发展对策、服务贸易、中医药;突现强度较高的关键词有康养旅游(3.31)、乡村振兴(3.28)、中医养生(2.77)、生态旅游(2.63)等.结论 我国未来中医药健康旅游领域应当继续加强各研究团队之间的合作和交流,更规范化和统一化的整合完善理论指标体系,加强产业融合创新,以满足越来越多的消费需求.
Abstract
Objective Through retrospective analysis of Chinese medicine health tourism research,and comprehen-sively and systematically grasp its research hotspot and development trend,to provide a basis for future research and practice in this field.Methods By searching the literature related to TCM health tourism published in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and China Biomedical databases from January 2014 to May 2024,the 6.3.R1 version of CiteSpace software was used to draw and analyze the author cooperation map,keyword cluster map and keyword emergence map of the author,publica-tion institution and keywords.Results After excluding irrelevant documents,509 documents were finally included,and the overall number of publications showed an upward trend,peaking in 2019,with low cooperation between authors and institutions.The main clustering labels of keywords include health tourism,traditional Chinese medicine health preserva-tion,tourism industry,integrated development,rural revitalization,health preservation,industry,health industry,strate-gy,development countermeasures,service trade,and traditional Chinese medicine;the keywords with higher burst strength are wellness tourism(3.31),rural revitalization(3.28),traditional Chinese medicine health preservation(2.77),and eco-tourism(2.63).Conclusion In the future,China's traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health tourism sector should continue to strengthen cooperation and communication among research teams,standardize and unify the integration and improvement of theoretical index systems,and enhance industrial integration and innovation to meet the increasing consumer demand.
