随着延缓生育趋势的逐渐上升,导致女性面临越来越多非医疗相关的生育风险.卵母细胞冷冻为女性生育力保存提供了一种选择,目前普遍采用玻璃化冷冻卵母细胞.冷冻卵母细胞既存在挑战又存在机遇,对于冷冻卵母细胞的方式方法仍旧存在缺陷,这需要生殖医学专家们共同努力来完成该技术的进一步突破.同时很多女性对年龄增加导致生育力下降的认识不足,又对辅助生殖技术可以克服这一问题有一种过于乐观的信任.所以有必要加强生育力保存相关科普,以满足大众的认知需求,提高人们对于包括冷冻卵母细胞在内的生育力保存的认知度.国家或政府也应提供相关方面的医疗保险或补贴以降低人们使用该技术的成本.
Current status of oocyte cryopreservation
The trend of social postponement of childbearing is gradually increasing,leading to more and more non-medical-related infertility risks for women.Oocyte cryopreservation provides an option for the preservation of female fertil-ity,and vitrification is commonly used to freeze oocytes.There are both challenges and opportunities in freezing oocytes,and there are still defects in the way of freezing oocytes,which requires the joint efforts of reproductive medicine experts to complete the further breakthrough of this technology.At the same time,many women have insufficient understanding of the decline in fertility caused by aging,and they have an overly optimistic belief that assisted reproductive technology can overcome this problem.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the popular science related to fertility preservation to meet the public's cognitive needs and improve people's awareness of fertility preservation.The state or government should also provide relevant health insurance or subsidies to reduce the cost of using this technology.
