Optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total triterpenoid from campsis flos
Objective To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total triterpenoid from Campsis Flos. Methods The effects of the material-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power were investigated on the extraction rate of total triterpenoid. The extraction process was optimized by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the material-liquid ratio was 1/40(g·mL-1),the ethanol concentration was 60%,the ultrasonic time was 40 min and the ultrasonic power was 100W.Under these conditions, the average extraction rate of total triterpenoid from Campsis Flos was 4.11%.Conclusion This study optimized the ultrasound-assisted extraction process for total triterpene from Campsis grandiflora. The optimized ultrasonic-assisted extraction process was stable and suitable for the extraction of triterpenoid from Campsis Flos.
