外泌体微小RNA调控骨质疏松骨代谢过程作用的研究进展

骨质疏松症(OP)是常见的骨代谢疾病,由多种因素作用所致.随着研究的不断深入,外泌体微小RNA(miRNA)在OP骨代谢过程中发挥调控作用的分子机制被不断发掘,外泌体miRNA通过影响骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞的生物学活性,并参与骨代谢、血管生成过程及骨免疫过程来调控OP骨代谢,且在OP的诊疗过程中具备极其重要的应用价值.本文就外泌体miRNA参与调控OP骨代谢进程中作用的研究进展做综述,为OP的治疗提供新的研究思路.
Research progress on the role of exosomal microRNAs in regulating bone metabolism in osteoporosis
Osteoporosis(OP)is a common bone metabolism disease,which is caused by a variety of factors.With the deepening of research,the molecular mechanism of exosomal microRNAs(miRNAs)in OP bone metabolism has been continuously explored,and exosomal miRNAs regulate OP bone metabolism by affecting the biological activities of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts and osteoclasts,as well as by participating in the processes of bone metabolism,angiogenesis,and bone immunity,and have an extremely important application value in the diagnostic and therapeutic processes of OP.Therefore,this paper summarizes the research progress on the role of exosomal miRNAs in the regulation of OP bone metabolism,in an attempt to provide new research approaches for the treatment of OP.
