Progress in research on the ecological risks of typical water pollutants
With the rapid increase in global population and the accelerating processes of urbanization and industrial-ization,a significant amount of pollutants is entering aquatic environments through surface runoff, leading to a series of water ecological risks such as eutrophication, biodiversity loss, and scarcity of ecological water resources. This paper provides a detailed analysis of the general state of water pollution both domestically and internationally in recent years and the main issues faced, and summarizes the major health hazards and water ecological risks caused by three typical pollutants:heavy metals, phthalates and antibiotics,as well as other biological and physical pollutants.Based on this,it proposes measures and suggestions on how to strengthen research on water ecological risks from management and techni-cal perspectives, aiming to provide references for the formulation of water pollution prevention and control policies and the assessment of water ecological risks.
