The mechanism of Spock1 involved in Adipogenesis pathway in hypertrophic and dilated cardiomyopathy
Objective To investigate the role and molecular mechanism of SPARC(osteocalcin),cwcv and Kazal-like domain protein polysaccharide 1(Spock1)in the occurrence of hypertrophic and dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Based on CNKI database, the expression of Spock1 in various tissues of the body was clarified, and the associated genes of Spock1 participating in the signaling pathway were obtained, and the GO and KEGG enrichment analysis were performed on the associated genes to compare the relationship between similar genes and heart disease,so as to obtain specific association information of Spock1 in hypertrophic and dilated cardiomyopathy. Results Spock1 was highly expressed in the heart, and it may be involved in the occurrence and development of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)and dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)through adipogenesis signaling pathway. Conclusion Spock1 may be closely related to the occurrence of hypertrophic and dilated cardiomyopathy and other cardiovascular diseases, and may become a biomarker for the occurrence and development of heart disease,or even a new target gene for the treatment of heart disease.
