线粒体是细胞代谢和能量产生必不可少的细胞器,在维持心脏稳态方面发挥着重要作用.心肌细胞线粒体功能障碍,会导致心力衰竭、心肌病和心脏缺血/再灌注损伤等心血管疾病.线粒体质量控制(MQC)是真核细胞维持线粒体数量和功能相对稳定的重要机制,其包括线粒体自噬、线粒体融合和分裂、线粒体相关降解以及线粒体蛋白质转位相关降解.因此,线粒体质量控制在生理或病理条件下维持心肌细胞线粒体稳态方面起着至关重要的作用.
Abstract
Mitochondria are essential organelles for cell metabolism and energy production,and play an important role in maintaining heart homeostasis.Cardiomyocytes mitochondrial dysfunction can lead to cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure,cardiomyopathy,and cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury.Mitochondrial quality control(MQC)is an important mechanism for eukaryotic cells to maintain the relative stability of number and function of mitochondria,including mitophagy,mitochondrial fusion and division,mitochondria-associated degradation,and mitochondrial protein translocation-associated degradation.Therefore,mitochondrial quality control plays a vital role in maintaining cardiomyocytes mitochondrial homeostasis under physiological or pathological conditions.
