miR-365b-3p inhibited glioma cell vasculogenic mimicry formation via targeting FLI1
Objective To investigate the potential mechanism by which miR-365b-3p regulates vasculogenic mimicry in gliomas. Methods Quantitative real-time PCR was used to detect the expression level of miR-365b-3p in U87 cells. The binding of miR-365b-3p and FLI1 was detected by luciferase reporter assay. The effects of miR-365b-3p was FLI1 expression on the proliferation, migration, invasion and formation ability of VM in U87 cells were examined by CCK-8,transwell and in vitro tube formation assays. Results miR-365b-3p is low-expressed in U87 cells, and overexpression of miR-365b-3p significantly inhibits the proliferation, migration, invasion, and tube formation of glioma cells.FLI1 was highly expressed,down-regulation of FLI1 inhibited the tube-forming ability of glioma cells.miR-365b-3p inhibited expression of FLI1 mRNA and protein by targeting its 3'UTR.Conclusion miR-365b-3p inhibits vasculogenic mimicry of glioma cells via targeting FLI1.
