摘要
纤毛是由微管组成,存在于大部分细胞表面,呈"毛发状"结构的细胞器,在多种细胞活动中发挥着重要功能.目前发现,人体的发育和许多疾病都和纤毛相关.本文对纤毛的结构、纤毛内转运机制、运动纤毛的功能与疾病的关系等进行综述.
Abstract
Cilia is composed of microtubules,which exist on the surface of most cells and have a"hair-like"structure,and play an important role in a variety of cell activities.At present,it has been found that human development and many diseases are related to cilia.In this paper,the structure of cilia,the transport mechanism within cilia,and the relationship between the function of motional cilia and disease were reviewed.
