摘要
线粒体参与多种生物学过程,包括能量代谢、氧化应激和钙离子调节等.肾脏是机体内含线粒体最丰富的器官之一,线粒体质量对于肾脏功能至关重要.线粒体的质量调控方式主要包括分裂(fission)、融合(fusion)、线粒体自噬(mitophagy)和线粒体生物发生(mitochondrial biogenesis).本综述将主要总结线粒体自噬在肾损伤中研究进展.
Abstract
Mitochondria are involved in regulating multiple cellular biological behaviors,including energy metabolism,oxidative stress and calcium regulation.The kidney is one of the organs with the mostabundant mitochondria in body,and mitochondrial quality is essential for renal function.Mitochondrial network is highly regulated,including fission,fusion,mitophagy,and mitochondrial biogenesis.This review will focus on the research progress of mitophagy in kidney injury.
