多发硬脑膜骨化1例的解剖学观察与文献回顾

摘要
硬脑膜骨化在临床影像学检查或神经外科手术中偶有发现,多为头部外伤后血肿机化所致.本文报道1例无明显诱因的多发硬脑膜骨化成年男性标本:一处位于右侧额顶部;一处位于大脑镰前部右侧;回顾硬脑膜骨化的相关文献,并展望临床中对于颅内血肿诊疗的策略.
Abstract
Dural ossification is occasionally found in medical image examination or neurosurgery,mostly due to organization of hematoma after head trauma.Here authors reported a multiple cerebral dural ossification with-out obvious inducement in an adult male cadaver.One was located in the right frontal-parietal region and the other was located in the right side of the anterior part of the cerebral falx.Lastly,we reviewed closely related literatures and put forward diagnostic and therapeutic strategies of intracranial hematoma.
