山西大学生器官捐献认知调查及影响因素分析

目的 了解大学生器官捐献的认知现状、意愿及影响因素,为高校及社会器官捐献宣传工作提供资料.方法 采用随机抽样法,对388名山西大学生进行关于器官捐献基本知识及意愿的问卷调查,利用统计学方法对数据进行整理与分析.结果 大学生对器官捐献基本知识的知晓率为59.14％.愿意身后捐献自己器官的有207人(53.35％),愿意在家人身后捐献家人器官的有174人(44.85％).影响器官捐献意愿的因素主要是家人是否支持(P＜0.01)、自己或家人是否有过器官移植的经历(P＜0.01),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).不愿意器官捐献的大学生主要是由于传统观念影响(66.85％).愿意捐献自己器官的同时也愿意捐献家人器官的大学生占调查总人数的37.11％.大学生获取器官捐献相关知识的主要途径是网络文章(72.94％)及电视新闻(71.65％).结论 山西大学生器官捐献意愿率较好,在高校及中小学开展相关通识课程、完善相关法律法规、适当的简化程序、给予一定的补偿、加强普及器官捐献相关知识的力度、改善医患关系以增强大众对相关机构的信任等措施对提高器官捐献的意愿具有一定意义.
Investigation on cognitive status and influence factors of organ donation among college students in Shanxi Province
Objective To understand the cognitive status,willingness and influencing factors of organ dona-tion among college students in Shanxi Province and to provide materials for the publicity of organ donation in univer-sities and society.Methods Using random sampling methods,388 basic knowledge and willingness of organ dona-tion among college students in Shanxi Province.The data were sorted and analyzed by statistical methods.Results The awareness rate of college students on the basic knowledge of organ donation was 59.14％.207 people(53.35％)were willing to donate their organs after their death,and 174 people(44.85％)were willing to donate their family or-gans behind their families.The main factors that affected the willingness to donate an organ were whether family mem-bers supported(P＜0.01)and whether oneself or family members had experienced organ transplantation(P＜0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).College students who are unwilling to donate their organs were mainly due to the influence of traditional ideas(66.85％).Students who were willing to donate their own organs as well as those of their family members accounted for 37.11 percent of the total number surveyed.The main ways for college students to acquire knowledge about organ donation were online articles(72.94％)and TV news(71.65％).Conclusion Shanxi Province has a good willingness rate of college students to donate organs.It has certain signifi-cance to improve the willingness of organ donation by carrying out relevant general courses in colleges and universi-ties,improving relevant laws and regulations,appropriately simplifying procedures,giving certain compensation,strengthening the popularization of organ donation knowledge,improving the relationship between doctors and pa-tients,and enhancing public trust.
