干细胞移植对缺血性脑卒中的保护作用及机制研究进展

缺血性脑卒中死亡率和致残率极高,传统治疗方法难以改善现状.而干细胞通过血管再生、免疫调节、抗细胞凋亡、抗氧化应激、细胞替代、分泌营养因子等功能对缺血性脑卒中的治疗发挥作用,成为缺血性脑卒中治疗的研究热点.现主要从干细胞对缺血性脑卒中治疗的神经保护作用及研究进展等方面进行综述,以期为干细胞治疗缺血性脑卒中的进一步临床研究和开发应用提供支持.
Research progress on the protective effect and mechanism of stem cell transplantation in ischemic stroke
Ischemic stroke is characterized by high mortality and disability rates,and conventional treatment approaches have limited effectiveness in improving outcomes.However,using stem cells has emerged as a promising therapeutic option for ischemic stroke as they can promote angiogenesis,regulate immune responses,inhibit cell apoptosis,reduce oxidative stress,replace damaged cells,and secrete neurotrophic factors.As a result,stem cell therapy has become a research hotspot in the field of ischemic stroke treatment.This article provides an overview of the neuroprotective effects of stem cells in treating ischemic stroke,highlights related research advancements,and aims to support further clinical research and application of stem cell therapy for ischemic stroke.
