摘要
数字经济和实体经济深度融合可以发挥数字经济的放大、叠加和倍增作用,有效提升实体经济的质效水平.本研究在"技术+经济"的理论框架下科学把握"数实"深度融合发展的重要意义,基于我国当前经济发展基础,从产销方式、创新生态、资本扩张的视角探究了数字经济对经济运行的复杂影响,从理论上厘清了"数实"融合的内生动力效应、乘数效应、引擎效应,深度剖析了当前"数实"深度融合发展面临的数字技术供需两端不匹配、数据要素市场培育不成熟、算网融合发展路径不清晰的现实困境,提出以关键数字技术创新为引领激发"数实"融合新动能、以数据要素市场建设为支撑夯实"数实"融合数据基础、以算网融合发展为契机优化"数实"融合算力基础的具有时代性、实践性、创新性的"数实"深度融合发展路径.
Abstract
The deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy can leverage the amplification,superposition,and doubling effects of the digital economy,effectively improving the quality and efficiency level of the real economy.This study,within the theoretical framework of"technology+economy",scientifically grasps the important significance of the deep integration of"digital and real"development.Based on the current economic development foundation in China,it explores the complex impact of the digital economy on the economical operation from the perspectives of production and sales model,innovative ecosystem and capital expansion.From a theoretical perspective,it clarifies the endogenous driving effect,multiplier effect,and engine effect of"digital and real"integration,and deeply analyzes the current"digital and real"integration The current challenges faced by the development of deep integration include the mismatch between the supply and demand of digital technology,immature cultivation of data element markets,and unclear development paths for digital and network integration.It is proposed to stimulate new momentum for digital and real integration with key digital technology innovation as the lead,strengthen the data foundation for digital and real integration with data element market construction as the support,and optimize the computing power foundation for"digital and real"integration with the development of digital and network integration as an opportunity,which is contemporary and practical An innovative development path of deep integration of data and reality.
