Building a globally influential advanced photovoltaic industry cluster to promote high-quality development of the industrial economy is a major task of Anhui.Under the analysis of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats for Anhui building a globally influential advanced photovoltaic industry cluster,the photovoltaic industry's development status at both home and abroad,as well as in Anhui province,is summarized in this paper.On this basis,it presents the goal of seizing the high ground of advanced photovoltaic industry development,and the policy measures of leading and providing motivation through science and technology innovation,cultivating backbone enterprises in the industrial chain through"talent and investment attraction"plan,and strengthening measures through optimizing industrial ecology.
