摘要
党的二十大报告首次将"教育、科技、人才"并列在一起,作为全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑.科技馆辅导员作为科技馆开展科学教育的人才队伍,很大程度影响着科技馆的科学教育水平和质量.本文梳理科技馆辅导员这一职业角色的发展历程,以2020年开展的全国辅导员职业发展现状调研为基础,重点对科技馆辅导员队伍的持续性特点、专业背景、角色定位、培养机制、职业发展等方面进行分析、提出建议,以期为辅导员管理和可持续发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
Education,technology,and talent are all brought together for the first time in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,as the fundamental and strategic support for the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.The director of the Science and Technology Museum is a talent team that carries out science education in the Science and Technology Museum,which greatly affects the level and quality of science education in the Science and Technology Museum.This article summarizes the development process of the role of counselors in science and technology museums,and based on the national survey of counselor career development conducted in 2020,focuses on analyzing the sustainability characteristics,professional background,role positioning,training mechanism,career development,and other aspects of the director team in science and technology museums,and gives some advices.The objective is to offer guidance on how to sustainably develop and manage counselors.
