摘要
以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能赋予智慧图书馆资源服务建设强大动能.本文通过回溯图书馆从传统化、数字化逐步迈向智慧化的演变历程,结合ChatGPT的技术优势和特点,提出ChatGPT在智慧图书馆建设中的应用场景,具体包括虚拟空间智慧化、数字资源智慧化以及知识服务智慧化.并对ChatGPT存在的潜在风险和挑战进行深入探究.在相关分析基础上,为人工智能时代智慧图书馆的高质量发展提出对策建议,以期加强全国智慧图书馆体系建设.
Abstract
The generative artificial intelligence,represented by ChatGPT,gives strong momentum to the construction of smart library resource services.This paper retrospects the evolution of libraries from traditional and digital to smart,combines the technical advantages and characteristics of ChatGPT,and puts forward the application prospect of ChatGPT in the construction of smart libraries.Specifically,it includes the intelligentization of virtual space,the intelligentization of digital resources and the intelligentization of knowledge service.After thoroughly examining the potential risks and challenges of ChatGPT,this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions based on relevant analysis for the high-quality development of smart library in the era of artificial intelligence,in order to strengthen the construction of the national smart library system.
