摘要
我国"3060"双碳目标开启了全行业的低碳新时代.碳排放计量作为实现双碳目标过程中重要的基础性工作,其方法科学性、方案合理性、数据准确性等至关重要,特别是为区域、行业、企业等不同层级摸清碳排放底数、制定减排路径、发展绿色产业及减排效果比较评价等工作提供了重要支撑.基于此,文章以碳排放计量方法为研究对象,梳理了我国主要的碳排放量化方法及存在的问题,并结合物联网与信息化平台优势,重点阐述了碳排放智能监测与动态核算的概念和体系建设,探讨了构建建筑领域建筑运维阶段碳排放智能监测与动态核算体系的基本思路.
Abstract
Chinese"3060"dual carbon targets have opened a new low-carbon era for the entire industry.Carbon emission measurement is the most important basic work in the process of achieving dual carbon goals.The scientific method,rationality of the plan,and accuracy of data are crucial,especially for understanding the bottom line of carbon emissions at different levels such as regions,industries,and enterprises.It provides important support for work such as formulating emission reduction paths,developing green industries and comparative evaluation of emission reduction effects.Based on this,taking the carbon emission measurement method as the research object,the paper sorted out the main carbon emission quantification methods and existing problems and combined the advantages of the Internet of Things and information platforms to focus on the concept and system construction of carbon emission intelligent monitoring and dynamic accounting,discussed the basic ideas for building an intelligent monitoring and dynamic accounting system for carbon emissions in building operation and maintenance.
