摘要
政府引导、多元主体参与的社会化动员机制和市场化运行模式是新时代科普事业发展的重要特征.本文基于行动者网络理论,通过问卷调查、结构化访谈等方法,根据转译中的问题界定、利益赋予、征召、动员四个步骤分析并梳理各行动者之间的关系,分析科协组织作为核心行动者在运行过程中的作用,梳理出各行动者的利益与障碍,并从加强政策引导、建立科普基地利益联盟、丰富科普基地活动形式等方面提出建议,以期更好地完善科普基地运行机制.
Abstract
The socialized mobilization mechanism and market-oriented operation mode guided by the government and participated by multiple actors are important features of the development of science popularization in the new era.Based on the actor network theory,this paper analyzes and sorts out the relationship among actors according to the four steps of problem definition,benefit conferment,enlistment and mobilization in the translation,analyzes the role of the organization of the Association for Science and Technology as a core actor in the operation process,sorts out the interests and obstacles of actors through questionnaire surveys and structured interviews,and makes suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the policy guidance,establishing the alliance of interests of popular science bases,and enriching the forms of activities of popular science bases.It also puts forward suggestions in terms of strengthening policy guidance,establishing an interest alliance of science popularization bases,and enriching the forms of activities of science popularization bases,with a view to better improving the operation mechanism of science popularization bases.
