中国特色新型智库建设视域下智库期刊生态系统建设策略探析

摘要
为更好推动我国智库期刊发展,文章在梳理总结现有智库期刊理论研究及建设经验基础上,借鉴"创新生态系统"概念,探索构建"智库期刊生态系统",并尝试分析其运行模式.随后,基于我国智库期刊生态系统建设现状,以生态系统内主体功能发挥为切入点,提出未来我国智库期刊生态系统建设策略.具体而言,包括核心主体价值共存,释放智库势能;外围主体参与共演,驱动宣传动能;协同保障生态治理,孵育发展效能.
Abstract
To better promote the development of think tank journals in China,this paper summarizes the theoretical research and construction experience of think tank journals in the past,drawing on the concept of"innovation ecosystem",it explores the construction of"think tank journal ecosystem",and attempts to analyze its operating mode.Subsequently,based on the current situation of the construction of the think tank journal ecosystem in China,the main functions within the ecosystem were used as a starting point for proposing strategies for building the think tank journal ecosystem in China.Specifically,it includes the value coexistence of core subjects,releasing the potential of think tanks;the participation and co-performance of peripheral subjects,driving the propaganda momentum;and the coordinated guarantee of ecological governance,incubating the development efficiency.
