学术期刊主题出版的现状与对策——基于历年"期刊主题宣传好文章"的研究

主题出版肩负着体现党和国家意志,强化思想引领,树立国家形象以及坚定文化自信的重要使命,学术期刊是主题出版的重要力量.本文基于对2017-2023年七届"期刊主题宣传好文章"推荐活动的入选学术期刊分析,梳理总结了我国学术期刊主题出版的现状.研究发现:学术期刊主题出版参与期刊的数量不断增加、内容不断深化、形式较为多样、服务方式不断创新,有力促进了党和国家政治理念和价值观的传播;但也存在学术期刊主题出版开展不均衡、选题创新性有待提升等问题.对此,提出站稳政治立场、积极参与主题出版工作、提升选题策划能力、提升主题出版知识服务能力的建议,以期助益主题出版的深入开展和学术期刊的高质量发展.
Abstract
Thematic publishing shoulders the important mission of embodying the will of the CPC and the state,strengthening ideological guidance,establishing the national image,and strengthening cultural self-confidence.Academic journals are a significant force in theme publishing.This paper takes academic journals in the recommendation activities of"Journal Themetic Propaganda Good Articles"from 2017 to 2023 as examples,and summarizes their current situation of themetic publishing.Research has found that the number of academic journals participating in thematic publishing is constantly increasing,the content is constantly deepening,the forms are more diverse,and the service methods are constantly innovating,which effectively promotes the dissemination of political concepts and values of the CPC and the state.However,there are also some problems,such as the unbalanced development of academic journals and the poor innovation of topic selection and planning.To facilitate the in-depth development of themetic publishing and the high-quality development of academic journals,the paper also proposes suggestions such as standing firm on political stance,actively participating in themetic publishing work,enhancing the ability of the topic selection and planning,and improving the knowledge service capabilities of themetic publishing.
