Female medical technology workers are an important component of female technological talents and a significant force in the development of the medical industry.Based on the empirical survey and questionnaire data analysis in Linfen City,the research finds that female medical technology workers have a high level of education,their professional ability has been basically effectively exerted,their awareness of personal career development is strong,and their willingness to assume social responsibility is significant.However,the difficulty of balancing work and family,high-intensity and long-term work has an adverse impact on the career development,physical health and quality of life of female medical technology workers,and there are fewer opportunities to participate in further education and academic exchanges.Female medical technology workers'enthusiasm for medical research is not high.The paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the growth and development of female medical technology workers,including strengthening the construction of a socialized service system,paying attentions to the physical and mental health of female medical technology workers,reducing the workload of female medical technology workers,increasing the cultivation of female medical technology workers and stimulating their research enthusiasm.
