摘要
科技创新是推动我国经济社会高质量发展的强大动力,是实现中国式现代化的关键因素.本文从国际比较视角分析我国科技人才、基础研究以及代表性关键技术三个方面的发展现状,针对世界级科技领军人才缺乏,基础研究投入不足、基础研究学科发展不平衡,关键技术领域创新能力不强等制约我国科技创新发展的重要因素,提出政策建议.
Abstract
Technological innovation is a powerful driving force behind China's high-quality economic and social development,and a crucial factor in achieving a Chinese-style modernization.This article analyzes the current development status of China's technology talents,basic research,and representative key technologies from an international comparative perspective.The analysis explores that the lack of world-class scientific leaders,insufficient investment in basic research,uneven development in basic research,and weak innovation capacity in key technological areas are significant constraints on China's technological innovation and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
