Study on mental health status and psychological intervention of meteorological science and technology talents

摘要
气象事业是科技型、基础性、先导性社会公益事业.以预报员为代表的气象科技人才作为高级专业技术人员需要在时间压力下应对高度不确定性,承受较高工作压力,其心理健康状况和心理素质很大程度上影响着气象服务的质量和效益.研究采用国内外通行的心理健康筛查量表(90项症状自评量表SCL-90),对特定岗位气象科技人才进行测评,探索转型期预报员的心理健康状况及影响因素.结果发现,该群体整体心理健康风险较高,其中强迫、焦虑和人际关系因子风险较高且存在岗位差异,特别是女性预报员的心理健康状况需要得到更多关注;在分析导致心理健康风险原因基础上,提出具体建议.
Abstract
Meteorology is a science and technology-based,foundational and precursory service of social and public interest.Meteorological science and technology talents represented by forecasters who need to deal with a high degree of uncertainty under time pressure,faced with high working pressure,and their mental health and psychological quality affect the quality and benefit of meteorological services to a great extent.The mental health state of domestic meteorological science and technology talents,specifically forecasters,is not well-documented currently.By using Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),which is widely used at home and abroad,this study evaluated the mental health status and influencing factors of the meteorological science and technology talents in specific posts in transformation period.The results showed that the overall mental health of this group had a higher risk,among which the risk of obsessional,anxiety and interpersonal relationship factors were higher,and there was a difference in positions,especially the mental health status of female forecasters needed to get more attentions.Specific suggestions are presented in this article as a result of an analysis of the causes of mental health risks.
