Technology awards is an important system in China to incentivize independent innovation and stimulate talent vitality.Technology award policies are important factors in stimulating research personnel to engage in innovative activities.This article focuses on the impact of technology award policies incentives on research innovation and conducts quantitative research.Based on the literature of China's technology award policies,a questionnaire is developed and distributed to 503 researchers and technology workers for a survey.Using structural equation modeling(SEM),the study finds that the perception of policy incentives has a positive impact on the intention for innovative behavior through the willingness to apply.Related research reveals the positive influence of perceived policy incentives on scientific research and innovation,providing insights for optimizing the top-level design of scientific and technological reward policies.
