Promoting green transformation of enterprises is an important path to achieve high-quali-ty development.Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2022,this paper adopts the multi-period DID model,and empirically examines the impact of digital infrastructure construc-tion on the green transformation of enterprises.It is found that digital infrastructure construction can significantly promote the green transformation of enterprises.The study shows that the construction of digital infrastructure can promote the green transformation of enterprises by easing financing con-straints,strengthening internal governance and raising market concern.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of digital infrastructure construction to promote the green transformation of en-terprises is more obvious in heavy pollution,fierce competition,environmental regulation industry.This study is helpful to clarify the relationship between digital infrastructure construction and enter-prise green transformation,and to provide decision-making basis for promoting enterprise green transformation.
