国外老年教育信息化的发展及启示--基于澳大利亚、美国和英国的经验

信息通信技术特别是互联网技术在激发老年人用全新方式积极参与生活方面具有相当大的潜力。研究表明，技术不会成为推动老年教育信息化发展的拦路虎。澳大利亚、美国和英国通过建立虚拟第三龄大学在推进老年教育信息化发展的方面取得了重要经验，对我国今后老年教育信息化的发展有重要启示。我国的老年教育信息化正从无到有、以点到面、由弱变强中不断发展，有效利用国外经验将有利于顺利推进这一进程，引领广大老年人搭上时代“数字快车”，融入社会。
Abstract
Information and communication technology,especially the Internet technology,has great potential in motivating senior citizens to actively participate in life in a brand new way.Researches show that technology will not become the obstacle in the promotion of the senior citizens education informatization.The countries of Australia,USA and the Great Britain have got impor-tant experience in this field by constructing a virtual third-age university,which is a significant enlightenment for our country.The senior citizens education informatization in our country is continuously developing from weak to strong from nothing and by the dot face.The foreign experience will be conducive to the smooth progress of the process in our country,help the senior citizens get on the"Digital Express"and be socially reintegrated.
