With the advent of the era of lifelong learning,learning has become a universal autonomous behavior,and even cross-species artificial intelligence has emerged.When people and even machines become the subjects of independent access to knowl-edge,the sideline of teachers'knowledge authority leads to people's distrust of teachers'role.When people's fanatical pursuit of technology overtakes the focus on teachers themselves,the matter of teachers'role rises to an existential one.In order to make the human intelligence constant ahead of artificial intelligence,the overdeveloping of teacher education results in the overloading of teachers'roles.In this regard,the role of teachers should be changed in multiple directions according to the changes of the times.In order to realize the transformation of teachers'roles,it is necessary not only to pursue the endogenous way through the transfor-mation of teachers themselves,but also to explore external strategies through the reform of the external environment,that is,to update the cognition of teachers'roles,strengthen the practice of teachers'roles,and stimulate the endogenous and creative force of teachers;unleash the space of teachers'roles,break the solid state of teachers'roles,and generate the external plastic force and regulatory force of society and education system.
