摘要
工作场所学习是服务全民终身学习的教育体系的重要组成部分.为了深入了解工作场所学习领域的国际研究现状,对当前已有相关文献进行系统梳理与分析,本研究选择Web of Science核心合集作为文献数据库来源,首先使用HistCite软件分析工作场所学习领域国际研究文献的研究脉络,归纳出工作场所学习的两大脉络——工作场所学习的知识体系研究和工作场所学习在医学教育中的应用研究;其次使用基于R语言的Biblioshiny程序对该领域国际研究的现状进行描述,并分析了研究主题的演化;最后使用CiteSpace软件得到该领域国际研究的关键词时区图,并聚类出六个研究热点领域,即工作场所学习中的研究生医学教育、工作场所非正式学习、工作场所学习中的反思、工作场所学习相关的量表校验、工作场所学习中的学习环境、工作场所学习中的主观能动性,最终形成工作场所学习领域的研究全景图.
Abstract
Workplace learning plays a significant role in the educational system serving lifelong learning for all.In order to have an in-depth understanding of the international research in the field of workplace learning and systematically review existing litera-ture,the Web of Science core collection was selected as the literature database source in this study,and HistCite software was used to analyze the research schemes of international research literature in the field of workplace learning.Two main schemes of workplace learning were summarized:One is the research on the knowledge system of workplace learning;the other is the re-search on the application of workplace learning in medical education.Then the Biblioshiny program based on the R language was used to describe the status of international research in the field and to analyze the evolution of research topics.Finally,CiteSpace software was used to analyze the keywords of international research in this field,and six research hotspots were identified by clus-tering.They are postgraduate medical education,informal learning,reflection,scale calibration,learning environment,and sub-jective agency in workplace learning.Based on the above research results,this study integrated a panorama of workplace learning research.
