摘要
老年教育对完善终身教育体系、深化教育改革及积极应对人口老龄化具有十分重要的意义.国际社会主要通过教育法制、教育体系、教育模式的建设推动老年教育走向规范化、协同化、差异化.本研究立足国际经验,提出构建保障体系、创新教育模式、丰富教育资源、推进策略调整四大路径,以解决当前老年教育发展在制度、环境、规模和质量方面存在的问题.
Abstract
Education for the elderly is of great significance for improving the lifelong education system,deepening the educational reform and actively coping with the aging population.The international community mainly promotes the standardization,collabora-tion,and differentiation of education for the elderly through the construction of education law,education system,and education model.Based on international experience,this study proposes four paths:building a security system,innovating educational model,enriching educational resources,and adjusting promotion strategies,so as to solve the existing problems in the system,the environment and the scale,as well as the problem of weak quality,and to help China's education for elderly develop towards high-quality.
