The Construction of Digital Education Quality Assurance System in the Digital Transfor-mation of Colleges and Universities:An Interpretation Based on the Report of Digital Higher Education:Emerging Quality Standards,Practices,and Supports
In order to help countries respond to the global trend of digitalization in higher education,the Organization for Eco-nomic Cooperation and Development(OECD)released the report of Digital Higher Education:Emerging Quality Standards,Practices,and Supports on November 18,2022.The report elaborates on the construction methods of the internal digital education quality assurance system in colleges and universities through the three processes of"planning adjustment,teaching implementa-tion,and monitoring feedback"in eight dimensions,as well as the government support guarantee system construction methods that promote the improvement of digital education quality in universities supported by four dimensions of policies,resources,per-sonnel,and processes.Based on the content of the report and combined with the dilemma of digital construction in higher educa-tion in China,this study proposes suggestions for building a digital higher education quality assurance system in China from four dimensions:top-level planning for digital education,policy guidance for digital education,cultivation of digital literacy among college and university teachers and students,and quality monitoring of digital education in colleges and universities.
