The study recorded and reflected on the process of social welfare organizations from outside the village and different members of the village to transform the community education space and build the parenting community.Dual narrative/practice is used as a method to go back and forth between the calculation and struggle of the villagers and the confusion and frustration of the foreign co-builders in action. The first narrative/practice shows how to transform the public space based on the original under-standing of the problem of villagers'parenting and launch the autonomous management of villagers, while the parents'"no re-sponse"and "silence"prompt us to reflect on the "cognitive failure"of the villagers'subjectivity. The second narrative/practice shows how the responses made by some parents deconstruct the subject of transformation in the first narrative/practice,and their individual struggles hidden in their silence guide public action to find a new starting point. In the end,the article analyzes the di-lemma in action of this community education space, which is both internal and external to the village, which is transformed by so-cial forces, using Foucault's concept of Heterotopia.
