Teachers play an important role in the high-quality development of elderly education.It is an urgent issue to pay atten-tion to the development status of teachers in the current research of elderly education.Based on the interview,it is found that there are three-fold hidden worries:the self-identity worry of"whether I am a teacher or not",the path worry of"how I should grow",and the direction worry of"where I should go",which are caused by the multiple factors of insufficient development of the "self"and lack of support from the "others".Therefore,in order to solve the developmental worries of teachers,we should have an integrative mindset.It is suggested that the identity of teachers should be enhanced through the collaboration of the state,the public and individual;professional growth should be achieved in the interaction of self-study,"trained",and joint study;the development direction should be clarified in the self-positioning,regulating others,and safeguarding interests.
