教育数字化转型是教育改革的趋势,也是实现教育现代化的必由之路.本研究结合开放教育发展需求,明晰了开放教育考试数字化转型的内涵特征,基于政策要求、社会需求等多元文化环境浸润下所具有的外延特征.针对目前开放教育考试数字化转型普遍存在目标不明确、路径不清晰、过程方法缺失等共性问题和挑战,构建了开放教育考试数字化转型的逻辑框架,并结合业务流程域规划了开放教育考试数字化转型的实践路径,以此为开放教育考试改革提供理论与实践参考,助力高质量全民终身教育体系的建设.
The digital transformation of education is a trend in educational reform and a necessary path towards modernization of education.Combined with the development needs of open education,this study clarified the connotation and characteristics of the digital transformation of open education examinations,as well as the extensional features influenced by diverse cultural environ-ments such as policy requirements and social demands.Addressing the common problems and challenges of unclear goals,lack of clear pathways,and the missing of process methods in the current digital transformation of open education examinations,this study establishes a logical framework for the digital transformation of open education examinations and proposes practical pathways based on the domain of business processes.Lastly,the study discusses and prospects the strategies for addressing issues in the process of digital transformation of open education examinations,providing theoretical and practical references for the reform of open education examinations and contributing to the establishment of a high-quality lifelong education system for all citizens.
